<p>PURPOSE:The titled apparatus for effective heat transfer of sensible heat of waste gas to the side of introduced air by steam adsorption and desorption reaction using a pair of waste gas change-over valve parts for carrying out gas discharge and air introduction alternately and heat exchanger vessels, packed with zeolite, and inserted into the respective change-over valve parts. CONSTITUTION:An apparatus for recovering sensible heat of waste gas for preheating introduced air by the sensible heat of the waste gas is waste gas change-over valve parts of a heat regenerative coke oven, using a pair of the adjacent waste gas change-over valves 3 and heat exchange vessels 12, packed with zeolite 22, inserted into the respective waste gas change-over valve ducts 1, communicated through connecting pipes 14 and 15 airtight to each other, and transferring the sensible heat of the waste gas to introduced air introduced from introduced air inlets 5 by steam adsorption and desorption reaction of the zeolite 22.</p> |
