PURPOSE:To enhance operability in repeating an action, by providing a predetermined time interval between the completion of the first specified action and the start of the second specified action, in a printer provided with the function of repeating a specified action. CONSTITUTION:Key information inputted from an external input device 2 is stored in an input key memory 4, and that the first-time returning action has been conducted is stored in a previous-processing memory 6. When repeating an action corresponding to a depressed key, an input discriminator 8 discriminates whether or not the depressed key is a return key, and when the depressed key is discriminated as the return key, a time controller 10 provides a predetermined time interval between the first-time returning action and the second-time returning action. |
