NEW MATERIAL:Macrophage chemotactic factor MCF-TD6-18 (having properties to collect strongly macrophage; having no action on collection of polymorphonuclear leukocyte; molecular weight; <=10,000; when a supernatant liquid of culture having pH stability is adjusted to 2pH with 1NHCl and preserved for at 4 deg.C for 16hr, macrophage chemotactic activity of this substance is extremely reduced even if pH is returned to 7; macrophage chemotactic activity is not deactivated even if the supernatant liquid of culture having pH stability is heat- treated at 56 deg.C for 30min. USE:A factor having properties to collect strongly macrophage. PREPARATION:Human T cell hydridoma TD6-18 is cultivated. The titled substance can be mass produced by subjecting it to settled culture at 37 deg.C in 5% CO2 for about 3 days. Macrophage chemotactic factor MCF-TD6-18 is collected from the culture solution, and purified by dialysis, salting-out, etc. |
