PURPOSE:To improve the machining positioning precision by providing a supersonic-wave cleaning unit and cleaning a machining electrode before the machining position is performed. CONSTITUTION:A supersonic-wave cleaning unit 7 cleans an object immersed in a cleaning liquid 7-2 by vibrating the liquid with a supersonic-wave oscillator 7-1. That is, before a machining positioning operation is performed, a machining electrode is cleaned with the supersonic-wave cleaning unit 7, and the suspended object in the machining liquid stuck during machining is removed. Accordingly, machining positioning is performed with the surface of the machining electrode kept clean, and the high positioning precision can be obtained. In addition, an origin jig 1 is installed inside an origin jig container 12 and the origin jig 1 is invariably kept clean, thus the machining positioning precision can be further increased together with the cleaning of the machining electrode. |
