PURPOSE:To contrive improving the insulation of a transformer by insulating with incombustible epoxy resin which contains hydrate alumina and red phosphorus. CONSTITUTION:A flyback transformer is insulated with incombustible epoxy resin composite material which contains 100pts.wt. of epoxy resin, 50-200pts.wt. of acid anhydride hardening material, 85-350pts.wt. of globular hydrate alumina wherein mean diameter of particles is 6-10mum containing 35% or less of particles of diameter 5mum or less and 15% or less of particles of diameter 15mum or more and 1-100pts.wt. of red phosphorus powder. The above-mentioned hardened resin composite material has extremely low hydroscopicity and very low permittivity and is excellent in insulation so the output voltage of the flyback transformer is made stable. |
