PURPOSE:To make foamed resin-molded article itself possess a rustproof effect, by making resin bead containing a foaming agent and a granular volatile corrosionproof material foam by mixing them with each other. CONSTITUTION:To the extent of 0.05wt% granular volatile corrosionproof material having amin carboxylate for its main ingredient is mixed with resin bead to be obtained by making a resin solution such as styrene solidify by loading a foaming agent to the same by a blender 1, led to a primary foaming machine and heated, for example, for about 2min at the temperature of about 105 deg.C. With this construction, the resin bead is made into primary foaming particle 8 whose surface adsorbs volatile corrosionproof materials 9.... Then when the primary foaming particle 8 is heated within a cavity to be formed with molds 4, 5 for about 2min at the temperature of about 118 deg.C, the particle 8 is swollen further, turned into secondary foaming particles 10... adhering closely to each other, through which a molded article is constituted in imitation of a shape of the cavity and the volatile corrosionproof materials 9... are interposed in a boundary surface of each of the primary foaming particles 10.... |
