<p>PURPOSE:To surely prevent relay parts and/or a pad-unturning mechanism from damage when a steering wheel is transported, by removably providing a fixing member preventing a guide member, to which a pad is fixed, and a boss plate from relatively rotating. CONSTITUTION:A steering wheel, providing on the peripheral surface of a boss plate 1 a groove 20 formed by cutting while providing stopper members 18, 19 in a guide member to which a pad 6 is fixed, stoppably forms to the stopper members 18, 19 a clamping pin 21 in a condition that it penetrates through said groove 20. In this way, the steering wheel, at the time of its transportation or the like, enables its relay parts and/or pad-unturning mechanism to be surely prevented from damage because the pad 6 and the main unit of the steering wheel can be surely prevented from relatively rotating.</p> |
