<p>PURPOSE:To lead out a large number of input-output signal lines easily and positively by disposing a light-receiving element and a light-emitting element corresponding to input-output signals onto a circuit substrate, fitting an optical fiber in response to an end surface and optically connecting the optical fiber and the elements through an image formation optical system. CONSTITUTION:Photodiodes PDs corresponding to input signal lines at every circuit and light-emitting diodes LEDs corresponding to output signal lines are disposed on a circuit substrate 1 in a two-dimensional manner at regular intervals. An optical fiber bundle 2 in which each end surface of optical fibers Fns is bundled in the two-dimensional manner is mounted, and the optical fibers OUTs on the output side, the optical fibers Ins on the input side and the photodiodes PDs are each connected optically through an image formation lens L. Accordingly, optical signals can be lead out through the optical fibers OUTs on the output side, and the optical signals are converted into electric signals by a photoelectric conversion device, thus leading out output signals from the circuit substrate 1 in a noncontact manner.</p> |
