发明名称 HEAT INSULATION METHOD OF INNER TANK NOZZLE EXPANSION JOINT FOR LOW TEMPERATURE DOUBLE-HULL TANK
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent an outer tank from being cooled beyond the service lower limit temperature, by reducing the thickness of a packaging body made up of packing a laminated layer of fibriform heat insulating materials having non-air permeable surface material with an airtight bag upon decompression and then inserting the said packaging body into the inside of an inner tank nozzle expansion joint. CONSTITUTION:A glass wool heat insulating material 14 is provided with a surface material 15 composed of a film having non-air permeability and packaged with an airtight bag 16 constituted of vinyl or the like. And, a packaging body is precompressed whereby the thickness of a laminated body of the glass wool heat insulating material 14, and under this condition, the packaging body is inserted into the inside of an inner tank expansion joint 13. Next, the atmosphere is led into the bag for expansion whereby the laminated body is charged inside the expansion joint 13 without any clearance. Therefore, cold gas is in no case directly touched to the inner tank expansion joint 13 as it convects from an inner tank nozzle 12, thus temperature of an outer tank 11 is prevented from dropping more than the service lower limit temperature.
