The present invention relates to a wall construction element for an anti-noise wall, of the type comprising at least one sound-absorbing external wall element, which is preferably box-shaped and which includes an additional panel, comprising mineral fibres in particular, and placed in such a way that it is substantially parallel and spaced apart relative to the wall element, or in the form of a facing cover made of metal sheet.
