The present invention relates to a device for holding a flashing and possibly stub bar supporting casing onto a shuttering element. The device comprises a preshaped metal sheet 26 which defines a generally flat bearing surface 28 which is capable of being applied against the shuttering element 10, at least one housing placed behind the bearing surface and capable of receiving the casing 30, at least one housing 32 opening up onto the bearing surface and capable of receiving permanent magnets 34 for the fixing onto the metal shuttering element, and one housing 36 placed behind the magnet housing and capable of receiving a spacer 62 for clamping the bearing surface against the shuttering element.
