PURPOSE:To contrive to form a glassy clear surface of a molding by a method in which thermosetting liquid plastic is cast on the surface of a base flat bar, whereby a liquid projected part is formed, and after said projected part has been caused to be in fluid semigelling state by heating, the part of the semigelling projected part is deformed under pressure and is cured by reheating. CONSTITUTION:Thermosetting liquid plastic is cast on the surface 15 of a base flat bar 11, and a liquid projected part is formed. Next, after said projected part has been caused to be in fluid semigelling state by heating, the part of said projected part in semigelling state is deformed under pressure, and then it is reheated and cured, whereby the projected part 20 is integrally formed on the surface 15 of the base flat bar 11. Consequently, the beautiful molding which forms the plastic layer with lustrous and glassy clear surface on the surface of the base plastic, and is excellent in decorative property may be simply, surely and moreover effectively obtained. |
