PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive hard-to-wear hammer pin with a simple shape by building up a hammer with a central pin and a pipe arranged in the perimeter of the pin whose tip sticks thereinto in a specified amount. CONSTITUTION:A hammer pin is made up of a pin 3 and a pipe 4. The pin 3 uses a phi0.3+ or -0.01 superhard fine-diameter rode of tungsten or the like, inserted into an iron pipe 4 with the outer diameter phi1 X inner diameter phi0.3 for reinforcement leaving the tip thereof marginal and then, fixed at a mounting hole 11 of a plate spring 1 by laser welding, soldering or the like. Thus, an inexpensive printing hammer is obtained with a simple construction. The pin and the pipe are manufactured by pultrusion in stead of machining thereby making it very easy to secure the required dimensions. |
