PURPOSE:To prepare solid ceramic particulate powder having well-regulated particle size distribution inexpensively by providing a circular ejecting end of ceramic slurry to a rotary body and providing plural numbers of groove reaching the ejecting end directing toward the ejecting end to said ejecting end. CONSTITUTION:In the titled device comprising a main body 11 of a vessel for ejecting ceramic slurry, in the inside of the device, a rotary body 15 for ejecting ceramic slurry to form liquid drops in the inside of the main body 11 of the vessel, and a hot air blowing device 12 for granulating and drying ejected liquid drops of the ceramic slurry ejected from the rotary body 15 by blowing hot air to the inside of the main body 11 of the vessel, a circular ejecting end is provided to the rotary body 15 and plural numbers of grooves 18 reaching the end of the ejector are provided to the periphery of the end of said ejector. The ceramic particles prepd. by this device has small dispersion of particle size distribution width; the ceramic particles are almost solid, and the particle size can be adjusted. Moreover, the fuel cost is saved. |
