The invention relates: - on the one hand, to a process for continuously laminating a reinforcement based on fabrics or on glass fibres in the form of rovings by impregnation of polyester-based resin which is polymerised in order to rigidify the assembly. Initially, the reinforcement is shaped in a die, then the reinforcement is impregnated by injection of resin under pressure and, finally, the assembly is heated in order to polymerise the said resin; - and, on the other hand, to a die for implementing the process, comprising an inlet 9 followed by a zone 10 for compressing the reinforcement, a decompression zone 11 followed by a zone 12 for impregnating the reinforcement with resin injected under pressure. Finally, a hot zone 13 polymerises the resin. The invention relates to the manufacture of sections for electricity, aviation and navigation fields. <IMAGE> |
