PURPOSE:To attain the satisfactory bubble transfer characteristic by having coincidence between the bubble transfer direction and a four-direction symmetrical axes obtained when a magnetic bubble film. CONSTITUTION:A write major line 2 and a read major line 3 are set at the upper and lower sides of a minor loop 1 respectively. A magnetic bubble generator 4 is connected to the start point of the line 2; while a magnetic bubble detector 5 is connected to the end point of the line 3. Then a magnetic bubble film 10 is formed on a (1.0.0) + or -5 deg. surface of G.G.G substrate 11. In this case, four-direction symmetrical axes a'-d' are obtained. Then coincidence is obtained between these four axes and the bubble transfer direction. Thus, the satisfactory transfer characteristic of bubble transfer lines of all directions is attained. |
