PURPOSE:To attach easily a pickup arm to a player main body by attaching a guide shaft to the player main body after separating an arm base from a boss part and inserting previously only the boss to the guide shaft and then attaching the pickup arm to the boss. CONSTITUTION:A pickup arm 5 which shifts linearly in the radius direction of a record is guided to a guide shaft 9 together with an arm base 7. Then the base 7 is put on a boss 8 inserted to a shaft 9. The base 7 is fixed to the boss 8 by means of a lock knob 10. In such a way, a pickup arm assembly is easily attached to and detached from the player main body. This improves the assembling workability and the service performance. |
