PROCESS FOR DEODORIZING DIPPING UP WAGGON FOR NIGHT SOIL

PURPOSE:To remove malodor of a dipping up waggon for night soil easily and with small maintenance cost by only attaching a small and convenient device to the existing dipping up waggon wherein said malodorous gas is mixed with a deodorizing liquid atomized by ultrasonic wave. CONSTITUTION:The mist of the deodorizing liquid generated by the operation of a vibrator 11 for generating ultrasonic wave at the bottom of a liquid receiving section 9 provided below a deodorizing liquid tank 8 in a mist generating device 2, is blown out by a fan 14 and is introduced into a pipe 6 through an outlet 17 of the mist. The malodorous gas discharged from a vacuum pump is combined with the mist of the deodorizing liquid in an exhaust gas cylinder 4, and is mixed intimately in the exhaust gas cylinder 4 and a separator 5 to react with the deodorizing liquid, and odorless air freed of the malodorous component is discharged from the top of the separator 5 together with fine particles of the deodorizing liquid. The discharged fine particles of the atomized deodorizing liquid continue deodorization reaction to some extent in the dispersed state in the air. Therefore, the deodorizing effect is enhanced.
