<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the circuit constitution, by intermittently turning ON and OFF a heating current with respect to temperature sensitive element, feeding the current, detecting the temperature change up to a specified temperature, generating specified reference pulses, and setting and controlling the intermittent pulses. CONSTITUTION:A temperature sensitive element 17 and an air temperature sensitive element 30, which have temperature characteristics, are provided in an air intake pipe 13. A heating current control means including a constant voltage control means 36, which intermittently turns ON and OFF and controls a heating current, is provided. The temperature change up to a specified temperature state after the heating control by the temperature sensitive element 17 is detected by a pulse generating means, and a reference pulse signal 34 having a specified pulse width is generated. A means, which intermittently turns ON and OFF and controls the heating current is provided, and the temperature sensitive element 17 is heated and controlled. An output, which is changed largely with respect to the change in an airflow rate, can be taken out. Thus the device can be effectively applied to an electronic engine control apparatus and the like.</p> |
