PURPOSE:To improve such conditions as heat transfer rate, heat transfer surface, and turbulent flow in fluid, which affect the performance of a heat exchanger, by forming a number of folds of which sections are in the shape of a triangle on a sheet material, by forming a set of dispersion layer by overlapping a plurality of sheets one over another so as to form a netting structure, and by fitting heat transfer pipes in the space made in triangular shapes. CONSTITUTION:A number of folds 4, of which sections are in the shape of a triangle, are formed on a dispersion netting 1, plate 2, with folded parts being slanted to the vertical line 5 to the base material. One set of dispersion layer is composed by overlapping a plurality of dispersion netting sheets, with the direction of folds 4 of each adjacent sheets crossed and contacted to one another being integrally formed. Heat transfer pipes 2 are fitted in the triangular sectional space in the folds 4, along the inclination 6 of a fold. With such an arrangement, the effect of dispersion and turbulent flow in fluid can be improved, as well as to increase the heat transfer surface, in the title heat exchanger. |
