Disubstituted hydrazines

Disubstituted hydrazines of the formula <IMAGE> in which Z denotes an azabuta-1,3-diene-1,4-ylene radical optionally substituted by aliphatic, araliphatic or aromatic radicals and Ac denotes an acyl radical substituted by an aliphatic alpha -aminodicarboxylic acid which is optionally substituted on the amino group or a monofunctional carboxyl derivative derived therefrom, and their salts have renal vasodilatory action and can be used as medicaments. They are prepared e.g. by reacting a compound of the formula <IMAGE> with a carboxylic acid of the formula HO-Ac or a reactive derivative of such a carboxylic acid.Z
