PURPOSE:To the high-speed real time processing with the burst information by storing temporarily a control message transmission request signal to a memory buffer and performing the conversion of data speed between a high-speed data processing part of a burst state deciding means, etc. and a low-speed data processing part of a message processing part, etc. CONSTITUTION:A burst state deciding means 7 reads the burst history information 11 out of a high-speed memory means 6 and renews the information 11 with the latest burst state signal 13. Then a write pulse is produced if the generation of a control message is decided. Thus a control message transmission request signal 17 is written to a memory buffer 8 for the number of a station to which the control message is transmitted. A message processing part 9 checks periodically whether the buffer 8 is idle or not in an input possible state. When the memory buffer 8 is not idle, the signal 17 is read out of the buffer 8. Then a control message 14 is produced and transmitted. |
