PURPOSE:To perform the starting of an internal-combustion engine so smoothly, by installing a judging device, which judges of whether a microprocessor works normally or not, and a select device which selects an engine to the microprocessor or a fail-safe circuit. CONSTITUTION:A select circuit 7 consists of AND gates AND1 and AND2, an inhibit gate IN and OR gates OR1-OR3. When a microprocessor 1 is normal, a control signal (a) is fed to an internal-combustion engine from the microprocessor 1. In the case where control by the microprocessor 1 is difficult to be done, control over the internal-combustion engine carried out with an output signal (b) out of a fail-safe circuit 2. Thus, the starting of the engine is performable so smoothly. |
