PURPOSE:To make it possible to simply and rapidly detect components such as glucose, protein or the like simultaneously, by providing regions coated with at least one or more of specific ink compositions for detecting glucose and protein and a specific pH measuring ink composition on a support. CONSTITUTION:A stabilizer comprising a compound having proper oxidation inhibiting activity such as tocopherols is added to glycosidase, peroxidase, an oxidizable indicator and a binder to form a reagent composition which is, in turn, dissolved or dispersed in an aqueous solvent to constitute a glucose detecting ink composition. A reagent composition prepared by adding a protein absorbable ion exchanger such as a weak acidic anion exchanger to an indicator showing a protein error, a pH buffer, binder and a water absorbable powder and a reagent composition consisting of a pH indicator, a quaternary ammonium salt, a binder and a water absorbable powder are respectively dissolved or dispersed in separate solvents to constitute a protein detecting ink composition and a pH measuring ink composition.
