<p>1. Process for the purification of synthetic oligonucleotides, characterised in that - the oligonucleotides, optionally cleaved from a carrier and still provided with a lipophilic protecting group, are, without concentration of the cleavage solution, - adsorbed onto a carrier having reverse-phase properties and optionally ion-exchanger properties, and the oligonucleotides without a lipophilic protecting group are removed, - the protecting group is removed from the adsorbed oligonucleotides, - the adsorbed oligonucleotides are washed again, - the adsorbed oligonucleotides are eluted from the carrier and - the eluted oligonucleotides are then purified further in a manner known per se.</p> |
