PURPOSE:To reduce the labor and prevent a danger by providing a control part which ejects copy forms automatically onto a compiler tray when an auto-clear button is depressed if a stapler mode is cancelled. CONSTITUTION:If an interrupt is generated by some cause just before driving of a stapler 17 after the stapler mode is set, a control part 22 releases the stapler mode and executes control to stop all driving mechanisms of a finisher 10. Then, an operator depresses the auto-clear button provided on a console 21. The control part 22 decides whether ''flag 1'' is outputted or not to confirm release of the stapler mode and turns on a motor 24, a gate 16, and a carrying roll 18 for a certain period. Thus, unbound forms in a compiler tray 15 are sent out automatically to an eject tray 20 through a gate mechanism 19. |
