发明名称 METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR GENERATION OF HIGH TEMPERATURE DEHUMIDIFIED AIR FOR DRYING SYNTHETIC RESIN
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve thermal effeciency by a method in which when the air used for drying synthetic resin is dehumidified, two systems of adsorbing towers are alternatively changed over to one another, and after the dehumidifying and the drying by the adsorbing tower have been mutually achieved, a part of the air cools the adsorbing tower. CONSTITUTION:The humidified air used for drying synthetic resin is introduced into an adsorbing tower 26 containing dehumidifying agent 27 by a blower 41, and its humidity is removed. Next, said air is heated to 80-160 deg.C by a heater and is used for drying synthetic resin again from a feeding port 47. In this time, another adsorbing tower 36 containing dehumidifying agent 37 dries the environmental air introduced from a flower 42, heating said air to 50-300 deg.C by a heater 35. After the finish of drying, the air is exhausted from exit port 44. After the drying of said air, a part of the air being to be used for drying synthetic resin is introduced from said feeding port 47, opening an automatic valve 33 half, thereby cooling the heater 35 and the adsorbing tower 36. The air is caused to circulate again into the adsorbing tower 26 by an automatic valve 31. These dehumidifying, drying and cooling are alternatively achieved between the adsorbing tower 26 and the tower 36.
