PURPOSE:To minimize a deterioration of fuel and as well generation of vibration, by controlling a solenoid valve in accordance with the result of comparison between data from an adding means and a sum reference value of electrical loads to compensate the rotational speed of an engine. CONSTITUTION:There are provided a solenoid valve 27 for compensating the idle rotational speed of an internal combustion engine and means 31, 37 for detecting such a condition that the engine is operated in its idle condition. There are provided means 43, 47 for controlling the open and close operation of a solenoid valve 27 in acordance with the result of comparing computation which is made between data from a means 41 for adding detection signals from an electrical load detecting means 35 and the sum reference value of electrical loads. With this arrangement variations in rotational speed are restrained as small as possible so that a deterioration of fuel and generation of vibration may be minimized. |
