INK SHEET FOR HEAT TRANSFER RECORDING

摘要

PURPOSE:To enable an excellent halftone recording in an ink sheet for heat transfer recording in which an ink layer is formed on a base material through an intermediate adhesive layer by specifying the thickness of the ink layer to vary the transfer temperature gradually and smoothly. CONSTITUTION:An acetone solution of a polyester resin is applied on a base material 1 such as a condenser paper 8mum thick and dried to form an intermediate adhesive layer 2 with the thickness of 3mum. An ink layer 3 comprising 1pt.wt. of a dye, 2pts.wt. of fatty amide as a low melting point agent, 1pt.wt. of paraffin wax and 1pt.wt. of carbon black as a filling agent is formed on the intermediate adhesive layer 2. The thickness of the ink layer 3 shall be 4-12mum.
