PURPOSE:To perform microanalysis within a short time with high accuracy, by indivisually measuring and detecting a limit diffusion current corresponding to plural ions or gases from a measuring liquid or a gas-containing electrolyte by one set of electrodes. CONSTITUTION:A measuring electrode body 11, which is set in an electrolyte containing an ion or gas and has an acting electrode 14, a reference electrode 15 and an opposed electrode 16, a programmable voltage pulse generator 21, which is controlled by a timing control circuit 22 and supplies a voltage pulse signal with potential specified by a measuring object to said electrode body 11, and a potentionstad 23 are provided. In addition, a current/voltage converter circuit 25 for outputting the current flowing to the electrode body 11 while converting the same to voltage, a sampling means 26 for sampling said measuring voltage signal to store the same, an operator circuit 27 and a concn. display means 28 are provided. By this constitution, microanalysis can be performed especially within a short time with high accuracy. |
