PURPOSE:To enable a resin pipe to be removed easily from a core metal even though it is large in length and diameter by making a radial clearance composing an axial slit on a cylinder and supporting a cylindrical core capable of reducing the diameter outside. CONSTITUTION:The straight section core 23 is supported by jig operation outside the inner cylinder 11 and the bar member 41 is operated to put the slit 31 in an open state. When the spacer 49 is inserted by the cam plate 54 into the slit 31, the straight section core is rotated and a resin impregnated fiber belt is wound spirally on the core, heated and hardened to form a resin pipe. In order to take out the resin pipe after it is formed, the spacer 49 is retired by the operation of the cam plate 54 from the slit 31 into the clearance 17, the interval of the slit 31 is reduced by the bar member 41 to diminish the diameter of the straght section core 23 and to peel the inside of the resin pipe from the outside of the core 23. In this manner, it is possible to take the resin pipe, even though it is large in diameter and length, easily out of the core metal.
