The invention relates to a folding ruler 1. The links 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 of this folding ruler 1 are constructed cambered in cross-section, and consist of an elastic, dimensionally stable material. The end sections 7, 8 of the links 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 are constructed as a link guide.
