Compsn. contains as polymer a poly(organo-phosphazene) (I) by nucleophilic substitution reaction. Pref. (I) is of formula (I) R1 and R2 when identical= -OCH2CF3, -OEt, -NR'R'', (R'=1-4C alkyl and R''=H or 1-4C alkyl), -X-(CH2)3-N(Me)2(X=O or NH) -NH-CH2-CO2Et, -NH-CH(Me)CO2Me (II), (III), (IV) or (V) when R1 and R2 are different, R1=(VI), (VII), (VIII) or NH-CH2CO2Et; R2=-NHCH3.
