Ball valve 9 provided with a plate 10 through which there passes the valve stem 12 and secured on the central body 16 by means of adjusting nuts 17-18 of this stem 12, the said plate 10 being clamped by virtue of its installation in two recesses 21, 22 provided on the collars 23, 24 and bringing about axial centring of the central body 16 relative to the collars 23, 24 connected to the conduits.
