PURPOSE:To improve mass-productivity and a physical characteristic by combining a layer including inorganic scale material having a high density and a low elastic modulus with a layer including scale material having low density and a high elastic modulus and using the former as an intermediate layer so as to obtain a three laminated construction. CONSTITUTION:A diaphragm 1 is laminated with three layers; its surface and the bottom layer are made of an inorganic scale layer 1a including mainly graphite powder with high elasticity and low density and a little of mica powder with low elasticity and high density, and an intermediate layer is made of an inorganic scale layer 1b including mainly mica powder with low elasticity and high density and a little of graphite powder with high elasticity and low density. In this case, graphite powder as an inorganic scale with high elasticity and low density and mica powder with low elasticity and high density are uniformly scattered in paper-making water and naturally caused to deposit on a paper-making net. During this process the mica powder with high density settles down prior to the graphite, and on the mica layer the layer mainly made of the graphite powder is formed. Then the laminated body is transferred on other paper-making net, and the mica layer on the mica layer is deposited and the graphite layer on said mica layer is deposited. The mixture of epoxy resin and a stiffener is impregnated into the laminated body. |
