PURPOSE:To cut a workpiece efficiently and with high accuracy according to the working conditions by automatically recording the work cutting-in amount for the cutting time and automatically controlling each apparatus through a controller. CONSTITUTION:Cutting work is automatically carried-out by the pulse motors 19 and 42 controlled on the basis of the working conditions set into a controller and a speed-change driving motor 103 equipped with a reduction gear controlled on the basis of the recorded data of a detecting and recording apparatus 50. The cutting-in amount is recorded by the potentiometer 51 and the recorder of the detecting and recording apparatus 50 installed onto a shaft 104, and the cutting- amount is feedback-controlled into the controller into which the data is previously input, and the cutting-in amount is corrected, and work is continued. When cutting work is completed, the apparatus 50 detects the completion and outputs a cutting-work completion signal, and at the same time, each shaft stops and the supply of cutting liquid stops. At the same time, the recorder stops, and a patrol light indicates the completion of work. |
