发明名称 MACHINING JIG OF MULTI-FACET ROTARY MIRROR
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable machining of multi-facet rotary mirror having quite low radial difference, in machining jig of multi-facet rotary mirror for scanning a picture image optically, by deliverying compressed air between the fixing hole and shaft of multi-facet rotary mirror thereby preventing positional shift. CONSTITUTION:The upper end of central hole 15 made through the fixing shaft 11 of multi-facet rotary mirror is connected through a feed tube 17 to a compressed air feeding mechanism. Then compressed air is fed toward the central hole 15 and while ejecting compressed air through an air hole 16, a board member 1 to be mirror machined is inserted into the through-hole 18 of the fixing shaft 11. In such a manner, three board members 1 are inserted sequentially into the fixing shaft 11. Thereafter, a stopper 12 and a clamp screw 13 are mounted and the board member 1 is secured to the fixing shaft 11 then the feed tube 17 is removed to stop ejection of compressed air. With this jig, the gap between the insertion hole 18 and the shaft 11 is maintained constant through ejection of compressed air thus to reduce the difference of diameter even if the innerdiameter of insertion hole 18 is somewhat larger than the outerdiameter of the shaft 11.
