PURPOSE:To prevent the disconnection of a lead wire which is caused at the time of soldering and connecting a lead wire to a gold yarn wire by constituting in such a way that a lead wire passes through a cutting plane of a gold thread wire and is pulled out along the latter. CONSTITUTION:A lead wire 3 of a coil 2 passes through a gold thread wire 4 and is pulled in the direction of arrows 6 and 7 or arrows 8 and 9 along the side of the cutting plane. In this condition the gold thread wire 4 is pressed by a soldering iron 5, a solder runs between the lead wire 3 and the gold thread wire 4 and they are coupled. If said constitution is adapted, pressing the gold thread wire 4 by the solder iron 5 will not affect the lead line 3. Even when the gold thread wire 4 is moved little by pressure of the soldering iron 5, the lead wire 3 will not be teared off because the lead wire 3 is not connected to the gold yarn wire 4 by soldering. |
