PURPOSE:To obtain a wide visual field with simple constitution by providing reflecting elements such as a mirror, a prism etc. between lens group and lens group of focusing lens consisting of plural groups. CONSTITUTION:A reflecting element 4 that reflects the optic axis by about 90 deg. and a rear group of lenses 5 are arranged behind a front group of lenses 3, and the front group of lenses 3, reflecting element 4 and rear group of lenses 5 are set in a lens housing 6. A gear 7 is provided in the lens housing 6, and an image pickup element 8 is fixed in the lower part. A gear 10 is fixed to the rotation shaft of a motor 9, and the gear 7 and gear 10 are engaged. Rotation of the motor 9 is transmitted to the lens housing 6 and rotated together with the image pickup element 8. The image pickup element 8 is connected to an electric circuit part 12 by a lead wire 11. Accordingly, it is not necessary to rotate the whole body of camera including lenses, and a wider visual field can be obtained.
