PURPOSE:A low-viscosity polyol composition having improved compatibility with a high-viscosity polyol, obtained by reacting natural fats and oils containing practically no hydroxyl group with castor oil, a tertiary nitrogen-containing alcohol and a low-molecular weight polyol in a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:(A) 100-10wt%, preferably 80-20wt% natural fats and oils (e.g., linseed oil, etc.) containing practically no hydroxyl group is blended with (B) 0- 90wt%, preferably 20-80wt% castor oil, (C) 0.1-2mol based on 1mol total amount of the components A and B of a tertiary nitrogen-containing alcohol (e.g., triethanolamide, etc.), and (D) 0-1.9mol based on 1mol total amount of the components A and B and <=2mol total amounts of the components C and D of a low-molecular weight polyol (e.g., ethylene glycol, etc.), and heated, to give the desired polyol composition. USE:The titled composition is used as a polyol component of two-pack urethane, especially as a reactive diluent, to prepare a flexible cured urethane.
