PURPOSE:To eliminate variance in the pressing-in quantity of a hands by operators and prevent the hands from being mounted slantingly to hand shafts by eliminating the need to apply force manually when the hands are pressed in the hand shafts. CONSTITUTION:The tip of a presser pin 26 is set abutting on the center part (not shown in figure) of a hand pressed gently against a hand shaft by holding the part of a cylinder 10, and then pressed gently in the direction of an arrow (b). Then, a microswitch 30 turns on and air is pressed in a space part 100 through piping 36 for about 0.3sec; a piston rod 14 moves in the direction of an arrow (b) to project the presser pin 26, and the hand is pressed in the hand shaft. The presser pin 26 leaves the hand by the reaction of said pressing-in operation and the microswitch 30 turns off; piping 28 communicates with piping 48 through a solenoid valve 40 and the air pressed in the space part 100 flows reversely to return the piston rod to its original position. |
