PURPOSE:To secure the perfect automatic machining by installing a means for automatically setting a set value for detecting the working anomaly in correspondence with the working state for the detection signal in a plurality of different frequency ranges which indicate working state, onto the NC apparatus for NC machine tool. CONSTITUTION:An NC apparatus for controlling an NC machine tool is equipped with a detector 1 which detects the physical amounts which vary through machining and converts said physical amounts into electric signals, filters 3a, 3b... which decompose the electric signals outputted from the detector 1 into a plurality of electric signals having different frequency range, smoothing circuits 4a, 4b... which smooth the electric signals outputted from these filters, and a comparison circuit 6 which compares the smoothed electric signals with a set value and outputs a work anomaly detecting signal. Further, the work of the NC machine tool is converted on the basis of the work anomaly detecting signals supplied from the comparison circuit 6, and the electric signals supplied from the smoothing circuits 4a, 4b... are input, and the peak value is obtained, and a calculation controlling circuit 11 for allowing the comparison circuit 6 to set a set value in each frequency range on the basis of the peak value is installed. |
