PURPOSE:To reduce the cutting time and markedly improve working efficiency by compulsorily pouring cutting liquid into between a workpiece and a blade when the workpiece is cutting-worked. CONSTITUTION:A lapping cutter 1 consists of a blade 5 stroke-amount varying apparatus 10, blade-speed controller 20, worktable vertically vibrating apparatus 30, cutting load controller 40, detecting and recording apparatus 50, etc. In the worktable vertically vibrating apparatus 30, one edge of a swing arm 32 is fixed at the top edge of an arm 31 which extends downward from a worktable 4, and one edge side of a ring plate 33 is rotatably connected to the other edge of the arm 32 through a pin 34. The other edge of the plate 33 is connected to the output shaft 36 of a pulse motor in eccentric state. The worktable 4 is swung right and left, having a shaft 102 as fulcrum, by the revolution drive of the pulse motor, and cutting oil is compulsorily supplied from a cutting-oil feeding apparatus into the cutting part on a workpiece W, and thus cutting time is reduced. |
