摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the antiexfoliation performance of the supporting blade of a centerless grinder by forming a concaved groove along the longitudinal direction onto the contact surface at the top edge part of the supporting blade and fitting a ceramic composite tip into said groove and attaching them by adhesion through a rubber elastic film. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic composite tip 2 whose one or both surfaces are reinforced by a back material 4 is fitted into a concaved groove 5 formed along the longitudinal direction of the contact surface at the top edge part of the supporting blade 1 of a centerless grinder, and at least the bottom contact surfaces of the contact surfaces between the groove 5 and the tip 2 are attached each other by adhesion through a rubber elastic film 6. Though the supporting blade body 1 and the composite ceramic tip 2 expand and contract according to the rise and lowering of temperature, and a strain due to the difference of the thermal expansion coefficient generates in the boundary part, this strain can be absorbed by the intermediate rubber elastic film 6, and the defects such as exfoliation is not generated. Further, since the rubber film is exceedingly thin in 0.3mm. or less, the rubber film can act integrally with the supporting blade body 1 against an external force.
