PURPOSE:To improve a flutter by forming a conductive pattern in a special shape, thereby obtaining a uniform frequency generating voltage waveform. CONSTITUTION:An insulator of a printed board formed with a pectinated conductive pattern 9-1 for forming a frequency generator in a ring shape is disposed at the position opposed to a pole for forming the generator of a stator armature surface. The pattern 9-1 is composed by forming a generating strand-omitting portion 9-1b by shortcircuiting the generating strand of the pattern 9-1 displaced in phase at 360 of an electric angle from the generating strand omitting portion 9b-1 or at the equivalent condition position to the position when one or more radial generating strands are omitted.
