PURPOSE:To insert digitally an auxiliary signal to a main signal without adding an auxiliary signal transmission line between both processing parts by providing a transmitting and receiving device where an analog signal processing part and a digital signal processing part are arranged separately and independently. CONSTITUTION:In a transmission-side transmitting and receiving device TR and a reception-side transmitting and receiving device RV, analog signal processing parts A10 and A20 and digital signal processing parts D10 and D20 are arranged separately and independently of each other respectively. When an auxiliary signal SC for transmission is inserted to the main signal in the transmission-side analog signal processing part A10 in transmitting and receiving devices having this constitution, the auxiliary signal SC is sent to the digital signal processing part D10 through a local receiving part R and is inserted to the main signal digitally in this part D10 and is transmitted from a transmitting part T to the reception-side device RV. Meanwhile, the reception-side device RV extracts the auxiliary signal in the digital signal processing part D20 and demodulates it in a local transmitting part T in the analog processing part A20. |
