PURPOSE:To reduce the amount of scrap, by allowing one surface of a rigid body low in strength to be received by a rubberlike soft material, injecting a plastic onto the other surface, and applying an injection pressure to the upper part of the rubberlike soft material via a pressurizing pin. CONSTITUTION:A rigid body 2 low in strength to which a rubberlike soft material 14 is mounted is placed in a mold, and a melted plastic is injected into the mold from gates 11 via a sprue 9 and runners 10. When the plastic is injected the soft material 14 is pushed by pressurizing pins 16 acted by the injection pressure at tip sections 15 of runners 10, and the injection pressure is transmitted via the soft material 14 uniformly to the outer surface of the rigid body 2. |
