PURPOSE:To prevent dripping of ink from the outer surface of a detector unit by sticking ink mist around an opening to a water absorptive sheet and by absorbing the ink which is being transmitted along the absorptive sheet into an absorptive material in a water absorptivity receiving chamber. CONSTITUTION:The ink drifting around the front and rear of an opening 11 is infiltrated into a sheet 15 having an electrical conductivity and water absorptivity and, then, as the infiltration increases, the ink is transmitted through the sheet 15 into an absorptive pad 34 for absorption. A cover 16 is removed and the pad 34 is replaced with new one periodically or as required. Contamination caused by the reason such as dripping of ink from the outer surface of the detector unit, etc. can be prevented. |
