PURPOSE:To obtain an electric characteristic equivalent to a closed state even if an adjustment is executed in a state that a shield cover remains opened, by placing a shield plate of a thin width so as to step over parts which require an electromagnetic shield, on the upper part of said parts. CONSTITUTION:In a circuit part which requires an adjustment especially between a metallic chassis 12 and a metallic plate 17, a shield plate 20 of a thin width is placed in parallel roughly to a printed board 13 so as to step over the upper part of a coil 18 and an inductor 19. Also, to the upper part and the lower part of the chassis 12, metallic shield covers 21, 22 are installed. In this way, by providing the shield plate 20 of a thin width, the existence of the shield plate 20 becomes equivalent to the existence of the shield cover 21, and an intermediate frequency output characteristic in a state that the shield cover 21 does not exist, and an intermediate frequency output characteristic after the cover has been installed can be made the same characteristic.
