<p>PURPOSE:To improve the working efficiency by permitting automatic kick and cutting and preventing generation of bend and reducing dispersion of dimension of a cut lead wire. CONSTITUTION:By the revolution of a handle (not shown in the figure), a taping 3 is sent one by one by a pulling sprocket 10 and a guide sprocket 9, passing through a cutting part 8 or a kick device and a cutting part, and a lead wire is continuously cut in the standstill state of the taping. Therefore, dispersion of dimension and generation of bend in cutting or kick are eliminated, and cutting loss of the taping member is eliminated, and thus working efficiency is improved.</p> |
